If you have get a coordinate tested with your doctor check with your doctor and the doctor said that there is no problem it’s completely normal then don’t worry about it sometimes when the body takes proper growth the head is going to be proportionate to the body of the child so right now I don’t see any problem with that so please don’t be sad don’t be worried about it till the time there is no problem don’t stress yourself about it
