Hi Doctor, My baby had 3 months completed. While he passes gas to much smell is coming, is this normal or we can use syrup (baby is exclusive breast feeding only)

A. it's fine watch what you eat Post feeding burping is importan. To help expel gas Practicing tummy time will help. Massage on tummy in clockwise direction. Apply hing paste around navel
