Hi Doctor, My baby girl is 7 months 19 days old how much ml of water should i give to my baby during this summer?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. even in this summers do not give lots of water offer 45 ml of water approximately a day. to keep him hydrate breast feed more often,. keep comfortable room temp.

U Start with a minimum of 60 ML and try to increase the quantity of water gradually because it’s very important for your child to a really good amount of water and other liquids you can also include buttermilk and coconut water regularly that is also healthy option
