hi doctor.. my baby girl is 4 year old .. she is suffering from fever... vomiting n stomachache..what shold we do.. ..?

A. Its A combination of all these three things happening that there could be a possibility that your child may be suffering with stomach infection so once you should get a check with your doctor a proper treatment can be suggested by you a doctor only
