hi doctor..my baby boy is completing 2yr in .nov he have dry itching skin..n dotted skin nt clear 2 shades ..face is clean..

Use Vitamin E cream since you are mentioning that there is excessive dry skin then NMFE You vitamin E cream would be the best option that you can go for so try using this hopefully it will remove the discolouration of the skin as well so try this twice a day at least for a month also
