hi doctor my baby boy Adhan is 2years 9 month still he is not available to speak properly he only speak some words like mummy daddy amma water and he tell A to z like ABcd and some words only plz suggest me doctor is speech therapy is required or not

A. at this age tgeur is no need for speech therapy. he will eventually speak well. just talk to him as much as possible and encourage him to speak but dont force him.
