hi doctor my baby 20 months old suffering from motion from the past 3 days not taking food and liquids please suggest some medicine

A. babies 20 months old baby suffering from loose motion then you have to start with you ors e a solution immediately to prevent dehydration also you can start with zinc drops 1.5 ml daily
