Hi doctor, My anwita is 11 yr old she has been falling sick with cough n cold followed by fever past one half month I’m facing this

A. recurrent infection because of less immunity in the baby yes you can give all seasonal fruits to the baby and vegetables take all vaccines including optional vaccines for having proper immunity exposed to sunlight for vitamin D essential for the baby
