hi doctor. my 8 year old son vomited 3 times yesterday night and loose stool once... from today morning he is fine .. but now he has fever around 99.5 degree.. Should I take him to the hospital.. what this could be. please advise

Look now if the child is okay but just only having fever then you can continue with paracetamol repeated every six hours but if you see that they lose motions or vomiting is also happening then consult your doctor it could probably be due to a stomach infection or indigestion
