my baby is 2 yr 6 months old and he s suffering with loose stool once and vomited immediately. is it food poisoning.

Hi Give ondem drops Give enterogermina sachet It’s common in children try some home remedies like maintain hydration give ors or sugar salt water Boiled potatoes Mustard water Ginger juice Herbal tea Lemon juice Coconut water etc Feed toddlers mild foods in their regular diet.
