Hi Doctor..My 4 year old sons body is always warm but no fever and his activities are touch..pls let me know what could be the reason

A. ifheis just warm wothout any fevee than it miggt ve due to hing actovity, u can feed him adequate water, wear lite cotton clotg. and jeep cheking body temp tinely
