hi doctor, my 2 year old son have tiny white spots ond eye what is the reason 2 days before he have itching

See this could be due to dryness in sure also mentioning that your child is having itching in to that area I think it would probably be due to dryness only you can go ahead with applying little bit of cream or oil into 30 whatever is more comfortable for you to go ahead with
