hi doctor! my 2 nd half months old baby had red birthmark on his forehead and eye , it can be remove or not?

It depends on the nature of birth mark.
Please make sure the mark is not spreading or bleeding in nature.
Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered
The same ,if looks odd , can be treated by surgery later
