Hi doctor meri beti ki 12 month chal rahi hai kal se usko cold and cough hain please prescribe medicinee thank u

A. She dont have fever just cold and cough thank u sir

A. give seyam to baby. Cough and cold may be due to any seasonal change and due to any viral infection . Ste can be given at home and if cough is much then asthakind can also be given to baby 3 times in a day and paracetamol for the fever .
