what is the birth weight of your child?
as your child is in the active stage the weight gain might be less but if your child is healthy and active no need to worry much
Babys weight will double by 5 month and triple by one year of age from the birth weight.
Little less or more will not cause any harm.
If your baby is healthy active passing 6 to 8 times urine per day and passing motion frequently then please do not worry
