In this here it is very difficult to commuent properly ungtil a proper examination or assessment is done to find out the exact cause svo it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .

I don’t think so it is because of fever there could be another issue associated because it is really very dark so currently I’m just going to advise you to clean it properly with little bit of warm water but you have to get it examined with your doctor on a personal level
