ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 2 years agoA. on getting your periods if you have 7 to 8 days floor but normal flow then no need to worry just have more of iron rich diet to maintain good haemoglobin level
if you are having bleeding every 7 to 10 days gap then you need to immediately consult with your nearest doctor to take proper examination and then treatment

ye normal nhi hai baar baar bleeding hona...For this consult with your gynecologist for the same as she will guide you better in this after the proper evaluation
