Choose to eat small meals at short intervals. Do not take stress. Take plenty of rest. Sleep adequately. Eat high fibre snacks. Eat fish, chicken and beans. Drink water before meals.

After consulting with your doctor, you can start with yoga such as Surya Namaskar. Eat your dinner early at around 7:30 pm. Avoid oily, fatty, junk and processed foods.
