RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl1 month agoA. I think it would be good for you to start taking a lactation supplement of your choice best is to take Shatavari powder that is what I’m going to suggest you apart from that I have plenty of liquid and a balanced diet which would be good for you
