hi doctor, Im 3M4W pregnant. I was physically very active. now I can't even go for normal evening walk, I'm all tired and extremely sleepy. I never slept this much in my whole life. I get tired of sitting too.

A. hi mom u need to get ur hb level checked and consult with your gynecologist for detailed history and examination and investigation .. also get ur thyroid levels checked ..
