Hi Doctor, I have a small doubt..if i eat any cooling items will it effect my baby. Please confirm. Thank you

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. Nonit will not affect the baby so you can eat all home cooked foods and fresh fruits and vegetables and drink plenty of water and j7st avoid oily fried junk foods

Hello ma’am Your baby is eight months old so you are not basically exclusively breastfeeding the baby so you can have anything cold like ice cream or anything if you want to more you can most certainly I would not an issue with the same. But just make sure that you do not too much of it right with everything in a moderate quantity
