Q.

Hi Doctor! I have 4 months old baby I top up formula milk as my milk supply is low just wanted to know if we use bottle with two different nipple flow size zero and size one will it cause any problem to the baby milk flow intake and land up over feeding

A. hi breastfeeding work on demand and supply. so offer plenty of feeds. the more your child latches, the more milk is produced. you can take leptadin tablet or shatavary granular with warm milk for this although if it is not possible then you can offer formula. and if your child feel comfortable with the quantity of formula then it is ok. I mean,if your child looks happy healthy and active, gains enough weight then no need to worry about anything. just ensure that your child should pass urine at least 7 or 8 times in a day
