Hi doctor I had my 1st natural delivery 7months back .. still I had a pain in my stitches .. n I had piles too during my pregnancy I had piles too .. still I had no periods after my delivery

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. for piles take more of fibrous food. and adequate water intake.
Periods after delivery may occur anytime in between one year and may remain irregular for a few months
no medication is needed for that
you just need to maintain good nutrition along with adequate water intake and use proper contraceptive method to avoid unwanted pregnancy

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy1 Year agoA. hello some moms may start with the period within few months after delivery and some mom may not start for a year or as long as breastfeeding the baby any concern still you should then check with your doctor and she can guide you accordingly
