hi doctor, I am parent of 6months twin boys. I have started semi solids. I have small query why in baby food sugar and salt should be avoided.

A. hi.. tiol 1 yr if age avoid sakt n sugar in baby food because required amount of salt baby gets from bm.. and sugar leads to many health issue
