hi doctor i am mother of 6 mnth old baby boy I want to ask that from starting mnth what we should give to baby for his good health please suggest to start and introduce him to eat solid foods which kind of solid should we start to give and please suggest is cerelac good for baby #asktheexpert

Cerelac It’s good but it is just an introductory food to the child because initially you can give this mix with warm water in a semisolid consistency slowly gradually you can shift to porridge khichadi vegetable purees rules may have asked banana you can give you can give all kind of Sivaji food like Kheer Upma Paneer powered all these things and healthy to go for
