hi Doctor i am a mother of 1 year 7 months baby girl i am giving breast feeding now I am 36 after eating lunch i have 220 sugar levels is it normal

I think it is little on the higher side but when you eat food normal sugar rises up so you have to check before you eat and after you eat so you’ll come to know what is the difference between that I think that is going to give you better clarity on this but this one literally seems on the higher side
