hi doctor I am 4months pregnant I ve very bad back ace y it's paining n pls tell any remedies to reduce pain,.

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. yry to rest more plys a walk daily. eat well. Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down.

Author of questionFather of 2 children4 years agoA. thank you doctor but last week when I went to clinic for the same prob doc said my cervix is 2.8 so their is a chances of abortion some time so totally bed rest I am doing same n take medicine after tat from four days I am but today from morning again same back pain lightly below abdomen it's paining today Sunday no doctor will available wat I vill do any suggestions pls
