hi doctor, I am 23 week pregnant, we taken tiffa scan, int that left kidney visible below to right kidney, and it's looking small , is there any problem in future please suggest on this

A. yes renal. better to show to a specialist and get the right opinion as soon as you can. In such cases you can talk to a doctor and get some blood tests done to reach to a conclusion
