Hi doctor good morning my son is 2 yr 11 m old two onwards regularly he getting cold and cough and he is not having food and weight also not gaining so please what we have to do..

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. it is quite natural small babies getting repeatedly cold and cough due to less immunity yes you can give all seasonal fruits to the baby and vegetables take all vaccines including optional vaccines for having proper immunity exposed to sunlight for vitamin D essential for the baby
