Hi doctor, can I use dermadew cream to 4 yr boy for face which is dry. Dermadew cream is given to my 4 months baby by our pediatrician

you may use that .
but as I am using Babyhug lotion and cream for my daughter and seeing it's result in preventing dryness ,I would suggest it for your child.
it is best as it is free from harmful chemicals like paraben, synthetic Colors, minerals, etc
