hi doctor can i get a proper daily schedule for my 7 month old and also how many times should i feed my son solids in a day??including snacks.

Gayatri DawdaMom of 4 children4 years agoA. Hello You can give 2 to 4 meals in a day from recipes like rice dal ghee mash, khichadi ghee , chapati dal mash, vegetable soup, fruit smoothie, banana mash. dates mash, avocado pear mash, ragi porridge
