Hi doctor before pregnancy i don't have snoring during pregnancy i used to snore very loud even after delivery snoring continues pls suggest to reduce it

A. don't worry that is just due to stress during your full day handling the kid so you can just try to sleep whenever babies sleeping during day time and enjoy with your kid so that your stress level is reduced and you will sleep properly at night
