Hi docto I am mother of 1yr and 3 month old baby boy. Since last week , I am feeling pain in my breast while feeding. But from today, it is paining without breast feeding. And I feel stiffness too

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. there is a possibility of milk accumulation which leads to such type of pain so you can take paracetamol and also go for hot fomentation and massage on the breast and if the problem still continues then meet your doctor

Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. If the discomfort persists consult your doctor for further advice.
