My girl is 3 months, past 2 days she is not having her feeds properly as compared to regular days. She feels eating all the time and everything but while having her feed she starts crying or sometimes not having sufficient feed I feel.
Also she is vomiting frequently (say 3-4 times a day).

she has sime issue. you can show the baby to a  pediatric doctor who will check and find the right diagnosis and treat wellsee only the doctor who can see you in person can judge what is the right status. best to trust her

hello and good evening dear you have to give exclusively breastfeeding to your baby till 6 months in every 2 to 3 hours or when baby demands because breast milk contains all nutrients which baby needs. also do burping well after feeding or take your baby in upright position.
