hi doc my daughter is 15 months old but she is not gaining weight even though she eats well

A lot of time despite of eating while a child doesn’t gain weight because they are either having a nutritional deficiency or they are having some digestion related issues so better check with your doctor to understand the reason and proceed accordingly
