Hi Doc, My daughter got her 6th week doses of vaccines last Wednesday in her thigh, but pus is coming from it, how to handle this?

That could be just an infection that usually happens after getting a vaccination done specially after BCG is very commonly seen so currently I’m just going to advise you that you should go ahead with getting it checked with the doctor they have to take out the infection and the dressing will be done accordingly
