hi doc.my bachha swaransh is 4year and two month old his very active and alert boy his weight is 12.80 is it OK or not

A. Hello mom a little varaition is acceptable as far as the child is active for his age and also eating a healthy & balanced diet , gradually increase the quantity and variety of the food
