Hi doc, my baby keeps on spitting up milk which is milky white watery or curled milk, i breast feed her in upright position and burp her for 30mins for sure, even if she burp i keep her in upright posture for 30 mins. She spits milk even while burping also. Please let me know how to control spit ups and is that normal? She is active and weight gain is also good as of now but this spit ups keeps me worried

A. Maybe over feeding the child which is why this could be happening otherwise little bit vomiting and due to reflex and initiation but sometimes if it is much then it could be due to overfeeding as well you can check with your doctor regarding that
