Q.

Hi doc my baby is 8 month old. He is having2 lower teeth... Since last 10days he is feeling very cranky... he cries all d tym n want to be in godi wn on floor,n want to be on floor wnever he is in godi.. also he is not eating properly like he used to do before.. He is teething but no upper teeth is visible.. Kindly help how to overcome his cranky behaviour..

A. yes this is quite normal for a baby to have teething makes baby cranky due to pain swelling and gum irritation. Can give a silicon or wooden teether or pacifier for ease irritation. clean and massage baby s gums by fingers. give vit d 3 vita must d 3 or KLM D 3 or D SOL 800 I U 0. 5 ml or 400 I U 1 ml daily till 1 year for strong bones and teeth
