Continue breastmilk or formual milk till six months..as your babies digestive system is not well Mature.
It's better to give solids after completing six months.

first ,as a child is 4 months old , you should not give top feeds.
just offer only breastfeeding.
after 6 months age , you can start giving fruits puree , vegetables puree etc
you can also give raw Fruits.
I mean feed the pulp with the help of spoon.
