Q.

hi doc baby is 2 months old and she is having BM but she intake only for 5 min and again after sometimes she demands for milk ...her weight gain is not up-to mark birth weight was 2.65 and now she is 3... also my BM is so watery do I need to remove foremilk and feed baby to gain weight as she doesn't poop for 5 days... urine output is good... doctors plz suggest!

A. look for flow and check. Breastfeeding is the best source of immunity boost to the baby and is recommended exclusively by doctors for 1st 6 months of age . Doctor advises formula milk you should not give . Exclusive breastfeeding reduces the chances of colic pain and also gas issues.
