A. Are use NMFE vitamin E cream that is going to be quite appropriate for the dry skin issues and if your child is having a dry scalp and issues like dandruff and all is also there then I think you should just consult a dermatologist they will help you with the right kind of products for the head of your childWrite Your Answer Here
