hi can I give my baby oats after complet 6 months?wich form and how I make it? my baby's birth weight 3kg now her weight 5kg and 500gram so after six months how can I gain her weight?

A. hi oats contains more fibers so it is not suitable for your 6 months old baby. it would be better to offer it after one year age. instead of it ,you can prepare sheera, rab, porridge, khichdi , vegetables and fruits puree etc
