NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello this can be due to sweat along with dust so clean the area well using wipes or soft damp cloth and if this does not help then it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly which is better
