Q.

Hi. Baby is 4+m old. After feeding for long durations, she gets hungry in sometime. Unsure if this is due to low milk supply or latching problem. How to increase milk supply? Also, should I use a nipple shield for a 4 m old baby? I give both breastmilk and formula milk when required.

A. dear Mum the feeding frequency and pattern may change also baby may feel more frequently as compared to before when she is experiencing growth spurt do feed baby on demand if baby is passing urine 6 to 8 times in 24 hours is active alert and gaining adequate weight then feeding is sufficient do not worry
