hi at 23week pregnancy AFI 20 cm is there ant problem please help me doc prescribed sugar test

The AFI is little on the higher side as the normal ration is upto 16
In pregnancy due to placental normal the blood sugar tends get little high n due to this the AFi also increases that the reason the doc has asked to check for sugar

Mostly gynaecologist prescribe sugar test many times during pregnancy. So you should not worry about it at all. Just maintain a proper diet and follow the instructions given by your gynaecologist. And if you have any queries you can clear it with your doctor because doctor will advise you well according to yours and babies health.
