There is no problem dear as it is normal to poop more in teething time. Give enough liquid food and fiber rich diet.
Start giving gripe water to baby. Also Give nuts like cashew almond pista chuhare etc for good immunity and strength once baby completes 1 year.
Try using Babyhug bed protector and Babyhug reusable muslin cloth diaper in daytime
