my kid 5years old son has a high fever and has been vomiting since yesterday.. the whole night he keeps on vomiting.. morning visited the hospital and they put IV and sent him back home . now no vomiting... but after I put paracetamol then by evening he was having high temperature so by 5pm I put maftal.. now again he is having 102.3F fevet... with paracetamol it is not coming down.. continuously 2times Maftal can fee to him??

whenever fever is not improving with paracetamol you will have to see if the dosage of the medicine is given according to the weight of the child or not and if the power of the paracetamol is proper.
also if the medicine is older than one month after opening then better to buy a new bottlex.
you have to give paracetamol and also do body sponge and keep the child in cotton clothes.
after 2 hours of paracetamol if the fever is is not improving then yxou can go for higher medicines like ibugesic or meftal p.
paracetamol can be given maximum four times per day.
