Hi all, my daughter have fever since yesterday, she had been to school and after coming back fever was there.. we gav her calpol 250 syrup 3.5 ml. after 4 to 5 hours fever comes back.. please advice. while she sleeps nose I hear sound.

A. kindly give him syp crocin in right dose in evety 6 hourly .. offer him lots of fluids to advoid dehydration. .consult your doctor if no improvement after 3 days.
