Q.
#asktheexperts my baby is having a fever. it's been 2 days. The fever is going and coming. in night fever is there. in day time fever will not be there .

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. you can give paracetamol to the child when the temperature is 100 or more in the armpit of the child.
paracetamol can be repeated maximum 4 times per day and also do body sponge and give plenty of fdluids to drink to prevent dehydration.
higher medicines like ibugesic or meftal p is advised by the doctor if required.
keep the child in cool endvironment and avoid using woolen clothes when the child is having fever
